Step 1: Tadka Lagana 1. Kadhai mein tel garam karo. 2. Usmein rai daalo, jab woh chhankne lage to jeera daalo. 3. Phir hing daal do.
Step 2: Masale aur Tamatar pakana 1. Ab haldi, lal mirch powder aur dhania powder daal kar 10-15 second bhuno. 2. Ab ismein kate hue tamatar daal do aur 4-5 minute tak bhuno jab tak tamatar naram na ho jayein
Step 3: Namak aur Paani 1. Ab namak aur cheeni daal kar milao. 2. Thoda sa paani daal kar dhak do aur 5-7 minute medium aanch par pakne do. (Sabzi thodi patli honi chahiye kyunki sev soak karti hai)
Step 4: Sev milana 1. Jab sabzi ready ho jaaye, gas band kar do. 2. Ab upar se nylon sev daal kar halka sa mix karo. 3. Hara dhania se garnish karo.
